Our first home was bought on the internet, unseen! It has turned out to be a lovely place, with plenty of space for visitors. You will see if you read about the China apartment, that homes are usually sold as bare concrete (at least in the old days - that is changing in China!). We cheated by buying the showhome, so, not only did we get a finished property, all the furniture was included too.!
